Refund Policy
Last updated: 23 August 2026
Nothing to refund yet. Checkout isn't built — the Monthly ($2), Yearly ($20), and Lifetime ($49) pricing on the homepage is only a preview. What follows is the policy that will govern purchases once that goes live.
Omninator is a digital automation tool, and this page sets out the narrow conditions under which a refund will be considered once purchasing opens. Completing a purchase later will mean you've accepted these terms.
How long you have
A refund request has to land within 14 days of the purchase date — anything after that won't be reviewed. Monthly and Yearly plans can be cancelled anytime to stop future charges, but cancelling doesn't refund whatever billing period is already in progress.
Every one of these has to be true
- The extension doesn't work at all
- Its core, advertised features are entirely broken
- The cause is Omninator's own software, not something else
- You're reporting it inside the 14-day window
- You can show it — a screenshot or a screen recording
Partial issues, a misunderstanding of what a feature does, or a problem on a third party's end don't meet the bar.
Refunds won't be issued for
- Simply changing your mind
- Buying it by mistake
- Not understanding what a feature does
- Setup mistakes on your end
- Google Flow itself changing, going down, or shutting down
- Your Google Flow account being limited or restricted
- Breaking Google's or Omninator's acceptable-use rules
Requesting one
Open an issue on GitHub with your purchase email, order ID, what went wrong, and proof of it (a screenshot or recording). Missing any of that may get the request turned down.
Before you dispute a charge
Reach out to us first and give us a reasonable chance to sort it out before filing a bank dispute or chargeback. Skipping that step and disputing directly can lead to your license being revoked and future purchases being declined.
What completing a purchase means
It means acknowledging this is a digital automation tool, accepting the limits above, and accepting that Google Flow's own uptime and policies are outside our hands. None of this overrides any consumer rights the law already guarantees you.
